Jun is certified organic at field, processing and mill level, JAS and USDA: first harvest, for usucha and premium lattes. More organic lots are milled to order with about four weeks' notice. The certificates are held by the producing mill; the certificate, the Certificate of Inspection for the EU and UK, the NOP import certificate for the US and the current residue report ship with your lot.

USDA Organic
Recognised under the Japan–US organic equivalence arrangement; the export certificate is issued per shipment by the certified operator.
EU
Equivalence applies; TRACES COI arranged on request (importer pays the inspection fee).
Halal + Kosher
Wa, Mai, Mine, Kaoru and Yame (mill-level certificates held by the producer).
Residue & radiation
Japan MHLW standard; report per lot on request.
