Everything a buyer usually has to email us to find out: minimums, lead times, shipping terms, payment, paperwork. If it is not here, ask and we add it.

Every product page says which markets it ships to and which documents come with it, and the catalog filters by both. The sample form greys out what we cannot send to your country.
Documents per lot: COA with every lot on the halal and kosher certified line, the Shizuoka single-origin lots and the Marukyu Koyamaen range; COA on request on the others. The spec sheet ships with every order. The EU and UK rule is our own policy for organic buyers, not a statement about what is legal to import.
