How wholesale works
Everything a buyer usually has to email us to find out: minimums, lead times, shipping terms, payment, paperwork. If it is not here, ask and we add it.

Inquiry
Form, email. We ask five things: budget per kg, organic or not, use (latte / usucha / baking), monthly volume, delivery address.

Samples
Up to 3 products × 20 g. Sample price + shipping + duties invoiced via Stripe; ships within 3 business days of payment.

Quote
Price per kg by volume tier, packaging, shipping (DDP or FOB Osaka), estimated duties. Valid 30 days.

Order & payment
Invoice with 14-day terms. Card, bank transfer or Wise. Repeat partners: net 30 after the third order.

Shipping
From our Osaka forwarder. Air for under 30 kg (4–7 days), sea LCL for pallets. Tracking, FDA prior notice and certificates emailed on dispatch.

Reorder
Standing monthly orders get reserved stock and a fixed price for the harvest year.
