Duty. Green tea (CN 0902) is duty-free into the EU.

Tax. Import VAT at the French reduced rate for food (5.5 percent), recoverable for VAT-registered businesses. An EORI number is required.

Paperwork for France

EORI number for customs; the courier clears the shipment against the commercial invoice, packing list and per-lot COA.
Organic lots need a Certificate of Inspection in TRACES before arrival and an importer registered with a French organic control body; we raise the COI.
Retail labelling in French under EU FIC rules; our 30 g pouches can be printed with an FR panel.
Residue report per lot; EU-scope testing on request.
