- Halal: check that the certifying body on the mill's certificate is on JAKIM's current list of recognised foreign halal certification bodies before relying on it for a halal claim; we send the certificate with the quote so you can check the issuer.
- Food imports are subject to Food Act and MAQIS controls at entry; a licensed forwarder handles the declaration.
- Commercial invoice, packing list and per-lot COA with every shipment.
- Retail labelling under Malaysian food labelling regulations; bulk foil for your own drinks is exempt.

Five lots (Wa, Mai, Mine, Kaoru, Yame) are milled and packed at a facility holding Halal and Kosher certification. The certificate belongs to the mill; we send it with the quote so you can check the issuing body against JAKIM's recognised list.
What is the minimum order for halal matcha?
10 kg per product for the certified line (ten 1 kg foil bags or bulk), with volume tiers from 20 kg.
How long is shipping from Japan to Malaysia?
Three to five days by courier from Osaka to Kuala Lumpur or Penang.
