Why Shizuoka
The bar that never runs out.
Shizuoka produces more tea than any other prefecture and its mills run year-round. That is what lets us hold a café blend at one price for the harvest year and keep 100 kg on the shelf in Osaka. Moegi is blended for colour hold in milk; Kohaku is roasted second harvest milled to powder.

Questions buyers ask about Shizuoka
Is Shizuoka matcha good enough for a café latte?
It is what most Japanese cafés actually pour. Blended first-harvest Shizuoka holds colour in milk and costs a third less than Yame ceremonial.
Which product is Halal certified?
All catalog products, including Moegi and Kohaku, are milled at a Halal-certified facility. The certificate is the mill's; a copy ships with the order.
Can you fix a price for the year?
For Shizuoka products, yes. Standing monthly orders get a fixed price for the harvest year and reserved stock.
